Authored primarily by Valerie Lyons and Todd Fitzgerald, The Privacy Leader Compass draws on the expertise of more than 60 leading practitioners across cybersecurity, privacy law, and risk management. Cloutier's contribution reflects his 25-plus years of operational experience building global security and privacy programs for some of the world's largest organizations, including ByteDance/TikTok and ADP.
The book provides privacy program leaders with a comprehensive, business-oriented guide for building, leading, and maturing privacy operations in complex organizational environments — encompassing governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, cross-functional collaboration, and culture-building.
