Recognized among five founding honorees for exceptional support of women leaders in information security and risk management

The EWF created the Catalyst Award in 2021 to formally recognize male allyship in a field where gender diversity remains a critical issue. The five inaugural honorees — which included executives from AIG, Altria, HCL Technologies, and Target — were recognized as Executive Ambassadors and strategic advisors who have gone above and beyond in supporting the EWF's mission of building women leaders in information security, risk management, and privacy. Cloutier received the award while serving as Global Chief Security Officer at TikTok/ByteDance, where he led security operations protecting more than one billion users across a global platform. Awards were formally presented at the EWF Annual Conference, held virtually October 18–21, 2021.
