This webinar provides an overview of the key legal considerations attorneys should have in mind when preparing to depose a CISO. Some of the topics discussed in this CLE program include, understanding the technical systems at play in the CISO’s business, how to sniff out technical jargon non-sense and circuitous answers, and techniques for using expert consultants.
Additionally, this CLE program will cover 3 ABA model rules of professional responsibility: 1.1, 1.6, and 5.3. These rules cover competence required of lawyers to their clients and the necessity to maintain a knowledge of the changes in the law and its practice.
