About This Webinar
With rapid shutdowns in the US and globally due the covid-19 pandemic, many employers, in both the public and private sector, directed their workforce to telework with minimal preparation. With the new setup, workers rarely have access to the same resources while working remotely, including access to information technology professionals and staff, data security professionals, or other cybersecurity provisions.
This panel will explore some of the possible weaknesses in security that occur when entire workforces are working from home and how attorneys can be mindful of all their ethical obligations and legal responsibility to clients while working remotely. This panel will also discuss innovations in cybersecurity, for example the development of the concept of cyber insurance developed in part to combat an uptick in malicious cyber-attacks.
This course is brought to you by the Global Cyber Institute and Lexeprint and is nationally accredited.
