About This Webinar
This live and recorded web based CLE will provide attendees with an introduction to the SEC’s “Phase 2” cyber exam sweep letter and other related financial services cybersecurity and privacy framework. This letter asks recipients to deliver, in advance, over 60 cyber-related items. This seminar will help lawyers advise their clients who are seeking to understand if their client is prepared to fulfill such an in-depth request. The panelists will provide insights to lawyers who are advising clients on how to respond to the cyber sweep letter, and will review the regulatory landscape surrounding this and related topics. This seminar also offers an opportunity to hear industry leaders discuss the SEC 2017 risk alert and 2018 cybersecurity guidance.
