This CLE webinar examines eDiscovery standards and procedures, including top pitfalls made in e-discovery under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The panel will survey the first steps in e-discovery, which are the initial disclosures within 14 days of the meet and confer, then Rule 34 for requests for production. Finally, the panel will discuss when to collect ESI, and how to produce responsive non-privileged ESI with metadata, and with a review of current case law.
