About This Webinar
This recorded CLE webinar provides an introduction to autonomously generated AI inventions, meaning that no natural person may qualify as an inventor. These applications list the AI as the inventor and the AI’s owner as the patent applicant and prospective owner of any issued patents. During the program, panelists will discuss the implications of this trend, given that European and British patent offices have already found these applications meet the requirements for patentability.
This course is brought to you by the Global Cyber Institute and Thomson Reuters and it is national accredited (get CLE in all 50 states).
