Law & Forensics solves the complex problems that arise at the intersection of technology and the law.

We work with our clients, whether law firms, corporate organizations or government agencies, to resolve E-Discovery issues, perform electronic forensic examinations and investigations, and help bridge information and communication gaps between technologists and legal professionals.
Our team members have over 150 years of combined experience with electronic information management solutions. From educating California law enforcement officials about computer crime at its first appearance, to improving IT solutions for the US Department of Justice’s Office of Management and Budget, to securing information as sensitive as students’ financial records for the state of Georgia’s Student Finance Commission, our team is well established, well educated and well versed in electronic data solutions. Among our clients, Law & Forensics has delivered enterprise solutions for Westpac Bank, Schlumberger, AIG, eBay Motors, DHS, and Johnson & Johnson as well as a host of other organizations.
Law & Forensic’s team has performed thousands of electronic forensic investigations, on PDAs, cell phones, blackberries, smartphones, tablets, Xboxes, and laptops. With a background in machinery, including team members involved in architecting the unilander for NASA, we understand how computers work, and how to use and protect their data most effectively.
In conjunction with Alternative Resolution Center in Los Angeles, members of our team frequently appear in court as both party and court-appointed expert witnesses, neutrals and Electronically Stored Information liaisons. We apply our technological knowledge in court, and take our court experience back to the boardroom to assist IT departments on E-Discovery strategies and protocols.
All of Law & Forensic’s work reflects the highest ethical standards, no matter the scope of the task at hand. Our team frequently attends conferences, and participates in working groups and development committees to update and enhance standards and protocols. We consistently find new ways to serve our clients, and justice, better.
At Law & Forensics, we believe that at the bottom of every complex technology issue is a simple, cost-effective solution waiting to be “discovered.”
