ABA publishes “Law Firm Cybersecurity” book

Law and Forensics is pleased to announce that Daniel Garrie and Bill Spernow’s co-authored book, Law Firm Cybersecurity, was published by the ABA.

In today’s world there are new threats facing law firms beyond the practice of law, namely data breaches and cyber-attacks. It is crucial that law firms devote sufficient resources to ensuring the security of their clients’ data. If a firm is breached, its client files may inadvertently end up on the darknet, in the hands of investigative journalists, or with other nefarious entities.
